RESORTS & AIRBNB / PHILIPPINES
Spaces guests remember, built for constant use.
For resort owners and short-stay investors, the design has two jobs: give guests a reason to book, and stand up to constant use. Archbeyond’s portfolio includes The Pines Villas Resort in Pansol and seven themed Airbnb lofts at the Benchender in Tagaytay.
THE SERVICE
Design that helps a property stand out
Guests choose a stay from photographs. A distinct design language, good light and memorable details help a listing stand out. At the Benchender, each of the seven loft units was given its own identity, from Japandi and Wabi-sabi to Art Deco and English Country.
Hospitality spaces also need durable finishes, easy cleaning, storage, privacy and room for daily operations. These are considered alongside the design so the property works for guests and for the people who run it.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you begin
Can you design several units with different themes?
Yes. The Lofts at the Benchender in Tagaytay has seven loft-style units, each with its own design language, plus a function room.
Do you work on resorts outside Metro Manila?
Yes. Archbeyond’s hospitality work includes projects in Pansol and Tagaytay. Share your location so the team can review access and logistics.
What does a resort or Airbnb project cost?
Projects start from ₱35,000 per m² of total floor area. The final cost depends on the site, structure, finishes and amenities such as pools. The cost guide has sample budgets and an estimator.
Can you renovate an existing property?
Yes. Share photos, the current layout and what you want to change. An interior fit-out or renovation can refresh a property without rebuilding it.
